A response does not always mean an appointment. We will let you know what happens next - this may include triage, booking an appointment, signposting to another service, or providing advice.

  • If you submit a request during core hours, we will respond on the same day.
  • If you submit a request outside of core hours, we will respond by the end of the next working day.

You can contact us online during our core hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm) for:

  • Non-urgent clinical requests
  • Repeat prescription requests and medication queries
  • Administrative requests

What is Accurx?

Accurx enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
